I’ve had three appointments here, and every time I walked out feeling genuinely cared for. The doctors take their time, listen with patience, and explain everything clearly. Nothing feels rushed, nothing feels ignored. The reception staff are just as wonderful — calm, polite, and always welcoming. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a clinic where everyone works with kindness and professionalism. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with any medical team. If you want a place where you feel heard, respected, and looked after, this is the clinic. Update (February 6, 2026): I’m updating my review after a recent visit. I arrived at 12:50 pm for my 1:00 pm appointment and waited past my scheduled time. Around 1:10 pm another patient was taken in before me. When I asked politely about the wait, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I chose to reschedule, and the next available appointment offered was 9 days later. Staff was polite, but the appointment scheduling on this visit felt unfair and poorly managed.

Dr.Seth was very kind and professional. The treatment was very good and they explained everything clearly. The receptionist Jassi was also very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable during my visit. Thank you for the great service

I had a wonderful experience at Dental Family Clinic! I went with my son and husband, and we were all very happy with the care we received. The staff is warm, professional, and patient-friendly. They explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and truly cared about our needs. A special mention to the receptionist — she was so humble, kind, and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile, helped us with all the details, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. My son was a little nervous at first, but the team handled him so gently that he left with a big smile.
